Our course location in Bilthoven, right next to the station, with free parking on the blue zone permit. MIKA is an inviting combination of a yoga studio and coffee bar, where you can enjoy all-day breakfast, a vegetarian lunch, and specialty coffee. Exactly the warm, welcoming atmosphere that fits our courses.

Heppienest
Our course location in the heart of Utrecht, on the Maliebaan. Heppienest is originally a small-scale childcare center in a bright, monumental building with a beautiful garden, and works with the 'Heppienest Leeflijn', which brings parenting advice, sports, and pregnancy courses alongside childcare. A warm, homely spot right in the city.

Trainer, Rebozo day workshop

Thea has been passionately working with the rebozo for over 40 years, and learned the technique from Mexican midwife Naoli Vinaver. Together with Thea, we run the Rebozo day workshop for professionals: a workshop full of respect for the source, attention to proper technique, and reverence for the cultural context the rebozo comes from.

Mylene and Sabrina are both experienced facilitators of women's circles, and both mothers. Together they organize gentle, warm evenings especially for (new) mothers: a moment to simply not have to do anything, reflect on what's going on, and find connection with other women on the same path.

Nodus Arcanum brings micro macrame and gemstone wisdom together: mindful workshops where Marta guides you in knotting your own birthstone necklace. Together we host the 'Make your own birthstone necklace' workshop at MIKA, a lovely, calm moment for (expectant) mothers, also suitable to do together with your child.
