1. Definitions

PUUR Zwanger: the business operated by Sabrina Leidelmeijer, provider of the courses.

Participant: the person registering for a course, workshop, or ceremony with PUUR Zwanger.

Course: the group course (4 evenings), the 1- or 2-day course, the private course, or any of the standalone ceremonies and workshops offered by PUUR Zwanger.

2. Registration and formation of the agreement

Registration takes place via the registration form on the website. You will receive a confirmation by email after registering. The agreement is formed the moment PUUR Zwanger sends this confirmation.

A group course runs with a minimum of 3 registrations. You will be informed no later than two weeks before the start date whether the course is confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

All listed prices are in euros and, unless stated otherwise, include course materials.

A deposit of 25% of the course fee is required at registration to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the course starts.

If you register within two weeks of the start date, the full amount is due immediately.

4. Cancellation by the participant

You may cancel in writing (by email) up to four weeks before the course starts. In that case, your deposit will be refunded minus €25 in administrative costs.

For cancellations between four and two weeks before the start date, 50% of the total course fee is due.

For cancellations within two weeks of the start date, or in case of a no-show without notice, the full course fee is due.

In all cases, we're happy to first look together for a suitable solution, such as joining a later group, before any costs are charged.

5. Changes or cancellation by PUUR Zwanger

If a course does not proceed due to insufficient registrations, the full amount paid will be refunded, or you may (by agreement) move free of charge to a later course.

PUUR Zwanger reserves the right to change a course date in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as the trainer's illness). This will be communicated as soon as possible, along with a suitable alternative.

6. Early birth or force majeure

If your baby arrives earlier than expected and you're unable to complete the course, we'll look for a solution together, such as a 1-on-1 catch-up session or joining a future course for a next pregnancy. No additional costs are charged in these situations.

7. Health and liability

PUUR Zwanger's courses are a complement to, not a replacement for, the guidance of your own midwife, obstetrician, or other medical care provider. If you have concerns about your health or your baby's, always contact your own care provider.

PUUR Zwanger does its best to guide every course with care and expertise, but cannot guarantee any particular outcome of pregnancy or birth. Participation in exercises and techniques is at your own responsibility.

PUUR Zwanger is not liable for any damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you booked the course online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel free of charge. If the course starts within those 14 days, this right lapses once the course begins, provided you have explicitly agreed to this in advance at registration.

9. Confidentiality and course materials

Anything shared with other participants during the course stays within the group.

Course materials (workbook, affirmation cards, digital files) are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold without permission from PUUR Zwanger.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the course or guidance, please get in touch at info@puur-zwanger.nl. We respond within 5 business days and look for a suitable solution together.

11. Governing law

These terms and all agreements with PUUR Zwanger are governed by Dutch law.
