1. Who is responsible

Sabrina Leidelmeijer, owner of PUUR Zwanger, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website and the registration process. Questions? Email info@puur-zwanger.nl.

2. What data we collect

When registering for a course: name, email address, phone number, and (where applicable) your due date.

When signing up for the newsletter: name and email address.

When contacting us by email, phone, or the contact form: whatever information you choose to share with us.

Your due date and pregnancy-related information count as health data, a special category of personal data under GDPR. We only ask for this information with your explicit consent (via the registration form), solely to plan and guide the course properly.

3. What we use this data for

To process your registration for a course, workshop, or ceremony, and to plan the course properly.

To communicate with you about your registration, such as confirmations, reminders, or changes.

With your consent, to send our newsletter.

To comply with legal (financial and administrative) obligations.

4. Who we share data with

We work with a small number of carefully chosen services (processors) to run our website and services:

• Google (Forms) for processing course registrations.
• Supabase for storing data needed to provide our services.
• Resend for sending emails and mailings.
• Vercel for hosting this website.

Data processing agreements are in place with these parties where applicable. We never sell your data to third parties and don't use it for advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

We don't keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and never longer than the legal retention periods (for example, 7 years for financial records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can also object to how your data is used, or ask us to transfer it. You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies to function properly. We don't place any advertising tracking cookies.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.
